Great Hospitality Great Day out to VIP BEACH Club. The hospitality was one of the best I have experienced. I would highly recommend if wanting a relaxing day with a few drinks by the pool.

Memorable 3-Part Proposal - Best Experience Ever The team from Hi Cartagena helped me plan the best proposal ever. Not working with this group for your next trip would be a terrible mistake. The proposal day consisted of a private ATV tour through Tierra Bomba during the morning. The night consisted of a private sunset cruise around the city, a romantic dinner at a boutique beach club overlooking the coast - Eteka, and finally, Hi Cartagena’s own beach club with a beautiful set up for the final proposal. The team arranged photography, a concierge, drinks, music, and decoration for the night. I am sure they also took care of many things that I am not aware of to ensure the night went perfect. Kate and Luisa began working with me months before the big event to ensure every step of the night was accounted for. They made themselves available for several calls leading up to the event to solidify the details. They both were very patient, kind, and treated me like family. The day of the event couldn’t have been more perfect. The photographers, David and Joseph, were fantastic. We felt like celebrities. Their keen eye for shots were impressive. After the sunset tour in the yacht, we were transported to Eteka for a very delicious dinner and more great photos. Then, we took the yacht to Hi Cartagena’s beach club where Milagros (our concierge for the night) and Luisa set up the locale and helped planned the big question. Milagros contacted me first thing in the morning and made sure all check points went well and coordinated with the appropriate people along the way. At their beach club, they had an amazing setup with flowers, music, and drinks for the big question - photographs capturing the entire night. We finally took the yacht back to Cartagena with the team and shared laughs and stories with the team. Hi Cartagena is an amazing group of people, who care for you and go above and beyond to ensure your event goes without a hitch. Their reassurance, diligence, professionalism, and attention to detail made me feel at ease and with no worries. My day was made simple and effortless - all thanks to Hi Cartagena! The value they bring goes beyond their great prices and amenities, it includes trust and care. I can’t speak highly enough of this team, and look forward to my next trip to Cartagena so I can plan another unforgettable adventure with Hi Cartagena.

Romantic proposal The beautiful people of Hi Cartagena (Kate, Luisa, Milagros, Joseph, and David) helped my fiancé plan the most romantic proposal EVER! The night was magical. We had a sunset cruise, romantic dinner, and a final stop at the HICARTAGENA beach club for the proposal. Joseph and David were there throughout the night taking pictures. They were so professional and made us feel so comfortable. I can’t wait to see how they captured our love! I can’t thank them enough for their attention to detail but most importantly for all the love and care they put into the night. They truly made me feel like a queen, and it couldn’t have happened without them. Even though friends and family could not be there for such an important night, Luisa and Milagros made us feel genuinely cared for. I could tell they were so happy for us, and that was one of the best things they did for us. Thank you, chicos, for everything! We will be using your services for future wedding festivities. We loved Cartagena!!

Excellent Experience! Our group had an excellent experience with Hi Cartagena! Everything was taken care of from the start to finish during our stay in Cartagena and we would rebook with them in a heartbeat. We booked our trip through Andy and he made sure we always had everything we need. Our concierge Jesus went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met 24/7! The Chef also cooked the most delicious food we’ve ever had! I would highly recommend Hi Cartagena!
