Located on the 10th floor of the Hotel Las Americas Torre del Mar, Erre de Ramon Frexia was created by the Spanish Michelin Star Chef, Ramon Frexia as a sanctuary of flavours and aromas, a place where haute cuisine is combined with the best service. The dining spaces boast a mixture of classic, baroque decor, with a modern and eclectic design twist. Here you will find a rich experience of sensations and pleasures while being taken on a culinary journey from the mythical Mediterranean, to the Caribbean Coast of Cartagena.

This beautiful, elevated space offers three different dining areas, designed to fit guests’ specific needs. The first is a Tapas Bar where guests can sip on trendy cocktails, or a carefully selected glass of wine and share small plates served at low tables, for a comfortable, yet trendy dining and social experience.

The main dining room, Bistronomic, offers Bistro style dining and focuses on showcasing the natural flavours of meat and fish by preparing their dishes with minimal ingredients such as olive oil and salt, and allowing guests to flavour their plates with a variety of salts and accompaniments placed in the middle of the tables.

Lastly, guests have the option to dine in an exclusive atmosphere known as Erre Gourmet offering a selection of internationally renowned wines matured in the most fertile regions of the world which offer the best companion to every gourmet delicacy on the menu. Erre Gourmet requires reservations to be made 24 hours in advance. They also hold a strict policy of no children under the age of 12 as well as a dress-code banning the use of shorts.
