Noah likes to integrate local ingredients with the finest selection of run, whisky, gin, vodka and even tequila and adds an alchemist twist to standard, traditional cocktails.

El Baron might not have a large, spacious kitchen but they sure know how to pop out some impressive soups, sandwiches and salads while sticking to their philosophy of only using the finest, freshest ingredients possible. Their home-made tomato soup is to die for and is even better when dipped with any one of their artisanal deli-style sandwiches prepared on freshly made focaccia from Cartagena’s top bakery, Ely Gourmet.
