Hi Cartagena has obtained the “Check-in Certificate in Covid-19 Biosecurity”.
What this means:
-All of our staff have been trained and certified to take the recommended biosecurity measures against the spread of Covid-19.
-The houses we rent are cleaned in line with these biosecurity standards before, during and after each customer checks in and checks out.
-The transport and vehicles that we use for tours are cleaned in line with these biosecurity standards before, during and after each tour.
-The disinfectants we use are natural and non-toxic, yet 100% effective against Covid-19 and certified by the EPA and FDA.
So that you can be confident that you are protected, when you travel with Hi Cartagena.
The “Check-In Certificate in Covid-19 Biosecurity” has been developed by the Colombian Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism, and is also endorsed by The World Tourism Organization.
Additional Covid -19 Protection
For added protection, while traveling with Hi Cartagena, you can also purchase personal Covid-19 kits from us, at any point in your trip.
These include masks, gloves, anti-bacterial gel and alcohol.
