I planned my 40 birthday trip to Cartagena this July and Hi Cartagena made everything amazing for me. The chef was amazing the photographer was hands down the best but our concierge Jesus was everything. It was 9 ladies and between Jesus and Joseph made us feel very safe took us all around the city and made sure we made it back safe. This was one of the best girls trips I’ve ever been on and I thank Hi Cartagena(Jesus and Joseph) for that. I never had to ask for anything because Jesus made sue everything was taken care of. I planned my marriage proposal with Hi Cartagena. They made the moment very special. Luisa and David were very helpful and very informative. It was a magical night for me and my fiancee. The pictures David took were phenomenal and the sailboat I rented was truly a beauty. The violinist was truly remarkable. I want to thank the Hi Cartagena for a job well done. My experience with Hi Cartagena Travel in Cartagena was excellent. During the planning stages I felt they understood my group's vision and expectations. They delivered on every detail and request (throughout the trip) including planning a birthday dinner with decorations and a cake. The house looked exactly like the photos. The food (daily breakfast and two dinners) prepared at the house was delicious. Our boat day with the DJ and Chef on board was amazing. Kate, Rob, Luisa, Joseph and all of Hi Cartagena Travel made our experience priceless. I highly recommend using them if you are planning on visiting Colombia.

We had the best experience with Hi Cartagena! We were traveling with 4 adults and 3 small children (ages 5, 3 and 4 months). Kate built a customized six day itinerary for us that included incredible private tours (a must with little kids)! She took care of every detail with the help of her amazing colleague, Luisa. They really made everything so easy for us and gave us the best time in Cartagena. Would recommend 1000%!

What can I say? Hi Cartagena’s beach club is where it’s at!! Kate and her team worked so hard to make this experience something out of this world!! She gave us so many surprises from having a DJ, bringing the molecular mixologists from Elixir to the center pieces in the table settings for our lunch. Like Wow the food, the drinks, the pool was everything we wanted and more! We felt like little kids playing in the water. This was one of the highlights of my wedding and the best pre-wedding event!

My family of 55 people have contacted Hi Cartagena to arrange a Pre-wedding boat party for all of us. Hi Cartagena have arranged the party in very systematic and professional way, the food was amazing, the cocktails were arranged with bartender and food arranged to all people at perfect time and perfect supply. I would say, the Hi cartagena team arranged all in best way as required. we all enjoyed thoroughly and many thanks to the Hi Cartagena team. I would strongly recommend people to book through them. The boat excursion organized by Hi Cartagena is an absolute must for bachelor parties. We had a group of 7 from the US on a speed boat and we had an amazing experience. The trip took us to some great party locations and the crew was tremendous. Mila was our tour guide and she did an unbelievable job not only leading the tour but also negotiating all transactions in our behalf. I’d highly recommend asking for Mila if you choose the boating excursion

I decided to use Hi Cartagena for my bachelor trip and they did not disappoint! Jesus, our host, was fantastic and he truly made this trip amazing. Jesus and the staff were able to get literally anything that we needed at any time of the day. The cooks made fantastic breakfast arepas and sopas. My group has such a great time that they wanted to come every year. Thanks so much for giving me a truly great bachelor trip experience.

HiCartagena does an incredible job at catering to the needs of their customers. I booked an entire vacation package for 10 people and it was very easy to customize the options with the HiCartagena team. Jesús, our concierge, was with us for most of the trip and is an incredible person. Extremely friendly, super responsive, and is able to accomplish any task rapidly. He booked multiple restaurants for us, booked a hotel room for one of the guests very last minute, and bought us whatever we needed for the house. Jesús made the trip so effortlessly enjoyable. Our yacht trip to Cholón was definitely the highlight for me. Overall, one of my favorite vacations, and the best place for a bachelor party!
