CANCELLATION POLICY
Any experience can be canceled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 14 days before the experience starts. If the day of your charter there is bad weather, we can reschedule for another day without any additional fee.
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
All boats come with life jackets and emergency kits.
10% gratuity is optional.
Wire transfer required for payments over USD 2,000.
Payment methods: Debit or Credit Card, Wire, PayPal, Cash.
If you have allergies or medical needs, please bring your medications in case of an emergency.
You can bring your food and beverages. If you don’t want to think about it, we can provide our chef/catering and shopping service.
All boats have sound systems.
Children are welcome onboard and counted as passengers.
Before You Set Sail

What is included in my private charter?
Your charter includes the boat, fuel, a professional captain, and an onboard assistant. Your charter is fully private, with no shared guests or tours.
Where and when do we depart?
Our private charters run from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Each boat has its own marina dock, with departures either from central Cartagena or approximately 10 minutes by car from the city center, depending on the vessel. We’ll provide the exact meeting point with your booking confirmation.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Absolutely. You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages. We can also arrange premium catering, champagne, private chefs, and other onboard services upon request.
Can we play our own music?
Yes. All boats and yachts are equipped with a sound system, so you can connect your phone and enjoy your own playlist.
Can children join the charter?
Yes. Children are welcome and count toward the vessel’s maximum passenger capacity. Life jackets are provided on board.
What should we bring?
We recommend bringing your swimsuit, sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, and anything else you may need for the day. We recommend keeping valuables to a minimum.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Your safety always comes first. Charters may be cancelled or rescheduled if DIMAR issues a red flag or sea conditions are deemed unsafe for navigation. If conditions allow us to operate safely, your charter will go ahead as planned. Our team will keep you informed and assist with the best available option.
When is payment due?
To reserve and secure your charter date, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 2 days before departure, so our team can finalize and coordinate every detail of your experience.
